These Terms of Use explain how Nini Printables resources may be downloaded, printed, shared, and used. The goal is simple: make the worksheets useful for families and educators while keeping the original files protected.

Classroom use is allowed One educator may print copies for students in that educator’s own class or learning group.

Do not redistribute files Please share the Nini Printables page link instead of uploading or sending the PDF itself.

No resale or repackaging Files may not be sold, bundled, rebranded, or used as part of another commercial product.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit niniprintables.com or download, print, access, or use a Nini Printables resource.

By using the website or its printable resources, you agree to follow these terms. If you use a resource on behalf of a child, class, or learning group, you are responsible for making sure that use stays within the permission described below.

2. A Limited License to Use the Printables

Nini Printables gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its downloadable resources for the permitted personal and educational purposes described on this page.

Downloading or printing a resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying content, artwork, layout, branding, or other intellectual property rights to you.

The easy rule: use the worksheets with the children you personally care for or teach. When someone else wants a copy, send them to Nini Printables to get their own file.

3. What You May Do

Permitted uses

Home use: print reasonable copies for children in your own household or under your direct care.
Single-classroom use: an individual teacher, tutor, therapist, homeschool educator, or similar educator may print reasonable copies for children in that educator’s own class or learning group.
Reusable practice: laminate a page, place it in a reusable sleeve, or use another practical printing method for the same permitted group.
Printing adjustments: resize a page or change printer settings when needed for accessibility, paper size, or ordinary classroom use.
Share our website links: send parents, teachers, colleagues, and friends a link to the relevant Nini Printables webpage so they can access the resource themselves.

4. What You May Not Do

Not permitted

sell, rent, license, or charge for access to a Nini Printables file;
upload the original PDF, page images, or extracted content to a public website, shared drive, marketplace, social platform, file-sharing site, app, membership library, or public classroom repository;
email, message, or otherwise distribute the downloadable file to other adults instead of directing them to the Nini Printables website;
bundle a Nini Printables resource with another free or paid product, download pack, course, membership, subscription, or resource library;
remove or obscure a Nini Printables name, URL, watermark, copyright notice, or other source identification that appears on a resource;
extract artwork, illustrations, worksheet elements, text, or page designs for use in another product or publication;
translate, rebrand, substantially edit, remake, or create a derivative version for redistribution or sale without written permission; or
represent a Nini Printables resource as your own work or imply that Nini Printables endorses another product, service, school, business, or brand.

5. Digital Classroom and Learning Platforms

An educator may place a printable file in a password-protected or otherwise access-restricted digital classroom space when access is limited to the students in that educator’s own current class or learning group.

The file must not be placed in a public resource library, school-wide shared drive, district-wide repository, staff resource bank, publicly accessible webpage, or other location where people outside that educator’s own group can download it.

For school-wide or organization-wide use, each educator should access the relevant resource from Nini Printables individually unless written permission says otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nini Printables website and resources may include original text, illustrations, layouts, worksheet designs, branding, and other materials, as well as elements used under applicable licenses or permissions. Those materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited permission expressly given in these Terms of Use, no intellectual property rights are transferred or licensed to you. The Nini Printables name, logo, and brand presentation may not be used to market or identify another product, service, or business without permission.

8. Children, Learning, and Adult Supervision

Nini Printables resources are designed as learning activities, not as a substitute for the judgment of a parent, caregiver, teacher, therapist, or other qualified professional.

Adults are responsible for deciding whether a resource is developmentally appropriate for a particular child and for supervising activities when needed. This is especially important when an activity involves scissors, small objects, writing tools, laminating materials, or other supplies.

Website communication is intended for adults. Children should not email Nini Printables or send personal information directly through website-related communication.

9. Website and Resource Availability

Nini Printables may add, update, correct, replace, reorganize, or remove website content and printable resources from time to time. A particular resource is not guaranteed to remain available permanently or to remain in exactly the same form.

We aim to keep downloads and website information working correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
